Melting

The blast furnace plant is equiped with two 8t rotary furnaces with an methane-oxygen burner an electric channel furnace, for refining and holding 14t cast iron and with a 2.5t automatic induction casting furnace. The FONDERIE ADDA produces grey cast iron castings (EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250, EN-GJL-300, Gh190 e Gh190RCT) with unit weights from Kg1 to Kg150 on pattern plates with following dimensions: 389x525, 815x525 e 1050x815.
